I’m Cary

My family and I live in Fleetwood, NC. I'm a life-long hobbyist photographer. I specialize in black and white film images, and I love to process my own pictures.

Relationship with Appalachia

I love this area. My youth was spent hiking, camping, and fishing, all over the southern Appalachia. I'm happy to call this place home. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Photography

Since a young age I've been curious about photography. From borrowing my Dad's K1000 as a teenager to living in India and Hawaii capturing my experience, I've had a fascination for capturing life's moments.

Interesting Fact

Not only am I a photographer, I am also an avid ultra runner and rock climber. I have an MBA from Appalachian State University, and I'm the Director of Accounting for a Boone based company.
